Jon L. Mackler, FACHE, currently serves as the Philadelphia Market Chief Operating Officer at MidLantic Urology since May 2021. Previously, Jon held various leadership roles including Consultant/Practice Director at MedWorks Consulting and Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Advocare, LLC. Other notable positions include President of Innovational Leadership, LLC, Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute, Corporate CEO of Select Medical Corporation, and Vice President of Operations at Kennedy Health System. Jon's extensive experience in healthcare management also includes serving as System Vice President of Business Development/Market Strategy at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation and Administrator at Westchester Medical Center. Jon holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Temple University.
