Michel Barakat

Michel Barakat has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Michel served as a Project Director at Midmac Contracting W.L.L. since September 2017. Prior to that, they were a Projects Director at KCT (Khayyat Contracting & Trading) from January 2016 to January 2017. Michel also worked as an Operations Manager at Lotus Trading & Contracting Company from January 2013 to January 2016. Before that, they held the position of Project Director at HLG from June 2011 to December 2012. Michel served as a Sr. Project Manager at Saudi Oger from March 2009 to June 2011 and as a Project Director at PMDC (Project Management and Development Consultancy) from May 2007 to March 2009. Their early experience includes working as a Resident Engineer at Dar Al Handasah from May 2005 to June 2008.

Michel Barakat completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology construction management from Oklahoma State University from 1978 to 1981. Michel then became a candidate for the MCIOB certification after passing the exam in 2016 from CIOB. Michel later obtained the MCIOB degree in Chartered Engineer from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF BUILDING.
