Prior roles include positions at both companies as Compliance Associate and Junior Associate. Prior to entering the compliance field, Agata worked as a Private Banking Manager and Customer Service Representative at the Royal Bank of Scotland from January 2016 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes roles at Blackjack Promotions and The Grain Store Restaurant. Agata holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation for Spanish and French from Heriot-Watt University, with additional studies as an Erasmus student at the University of Valencia and Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar. Educational background also includes an International Baccalaureate and high school education at Harper High School.

As we come from asset management backgrounds ourselves, we recognise that newly-established investment firms need to be focused on making good investment decisions in order to develop and grow. Our business is providing support with regulatory authorisation, compliance and other non-investment decisions that can detract from this focus.
