Cheryl Ragland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and onboarding management. Currently serving as the Customer Onboarding & Enablement Manager at Midmark Corporation since March 2023, Cheryl spearheads customer onboarding programs and oversees the Professional Services team. Previously, as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Zuora from March 2019 to December 2022, Cheryl achieved a 95% client satisfaction rating and enhanced NPS scores through strategic initiatives. Cheryl also held roles at Zuora as a Client Manager, Enterprise East, and as a Customer Success Director at Igloo Software, where Cheryl directed the Customer Success team and resolved complex issues. Earlier career experiences include positions at Jive Software and Appirio, with a track record of delivering high-impact implementations. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
