James Rogers has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2005 at Fypon as a Senior Process Engineer. James then moved on to become an Estimating Manager at Fypon, leading to their role as an Inside Sales/Estimating Manager at Therma Tru. James subsequently became the Manager of Sales Operations at Therma Tru, where they managed inside sales and quoting teams for the Fypon business unit. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Customer Experience & Sales Operations at Midmark Corporation, where they lead customer experience teams and sales operations teams across multiple business units. James'sresponsibilities include driving CRM adoption and enhancements.

James Rogers completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at The University of Toledo from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician at Northwest State Community College from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
