Jay Fabyan

Jay Fabyan serves as the Territory Portfolio Manager for Midmark Corporation, covering Utah and Southern Nevada since June 2017. In this role, Jay acts as the primary contact for customers and dealer partners, facilitating communication among various key stakeholders, including clinical teams and management. Prior to Midmark, Jay worked as a Government Account Manager at Grainger from October 2012 to June 2017, where responsibilities included providing solutions to large government customers and driving sales growth. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Iron Mountain from February 2006 to October 2012, focusing on customer relationship management and expanding sales opportunities. Jay holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Sciences from The Ohio State University.
