Matt Maddox

Matt Maddox is an experienced executive with over two decades in the hospitality and gaming industries. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at MidOcean Partners since May 2023, Maddox collaborates with the MidOcean team and portfolio companies, bringing expertise in business transformation. Previously, Maddox held multiple senior leadership positions at Wynn Resorts from 2002 to 2022, including Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Financial Officer, along with various executive roles in the U.S. and Asia. Education was completed at Southern Methodist University.
