Nevada V. Merriman has extensive experience in affordable housing, currently serving as the VP of Policy & Advocacy at MidPen Housing Corporation since September 2007. Progressing through various roles, including Director of Policy and Senior Project Manager, Nevada has over eight years of expertise in project oversight. Additional current roles include Advisory Committee Member for the Bay Area Housing Finance Authority, Board Member at SV@Home, and Real Estate Task Force Member at LifeMoves. Nevada also contributes as a Housing Commissioner for the City of Menlo Park and was previously a Board Member for the Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County. Nevada holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and participated in the Ross Minority Program in Real Estate at the University of Southern California.
