Serena Ip is an experienced project manager with a strong background in urban planning and housing initiatives. Currently, Serena has been with MidPen Housing Corporation since August 2015, serving in various roles including Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, and Senior Project Administrator. Prior to this, Serena held the position of Business Coordinator at both the Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County and the Housing Endowment and Regional Trust (HEART) of San Mateo County from February 2012 to August 2015. Serena holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from UC San Diego.
