Mindy Vargas

Mindy Vargas is a seasoned Human Resources Management Analyst II at Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District, with expertise in managing the full cycle recruitment process and onboarding new employees since February 2015. Prior to this role, Mindy took a sabbatical after serving as a Human Resources Analyst at the Town of Los Gatos, where responsibilities included administering employee benefits, coordinating new hire benefit orientations, and managing COBRA benefits. Earlier experience includes a position as Human Resources Administrative Aide at the City of Sunnyvale, providing executive support and managing the city’s Volunteer Program. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from San Francisco State University.
