Roy Ravid

Roy Ravid is a finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and real estate financing. Currently serving as Team Leader for Real Estate Credit Ratings at Midroog Ltd. since January 2023, Roy leads credit rating processes for debt instruments issued by real estate companies. Prior to this role, Roy was a Senior Analyst at Bank Leumi for nearly a decade, managing a $1B portfolio primarily focused on various commercial real estate loans. Earlier career experiences include positions as an Operations Specialist in Capital Markets and a Credit Underwriter, where Roy assessed loan applications and negotiated agreements. Roy holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Molecular Biology from Bar-Ilan University.
