Sayed Shah Kashani has a long and varied work experience, beginning with a role as Cost Controller at Inter-Continental Hotel in 2006. Sayed shah then moved to Focus Humanitarian Assistance as a Geologist Engineer in 2007, followed by a role as Director of Community Lead Development Department at the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in 2009. In 2014, they became a Social Development Specialist at the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, and in 2015 they assumed the role of Human Resources Manager at Kabul Serena Hotel. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior Operations Advisor at Fuel and Liquid Gas Enterprises, and in 2018 they became Provincial Director of Civil Service Commission at Independent Administrative Civil Service Commission (IARCSC). In 2019, they began working as Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) Manager at DTG-AUWS, and in 2022 they assumed the roles of HR Manager at Nameyan and Human Resources Manager at MIDS Corporation.
Sayed Shah Kashani received their Bachelor's degree in Engineering geology and mining from Balkh University between 1990 and 1996. Sayed shah then went on to receive their Master's degree in Public Policy from Yonsei University between 2011 and 2012.
