Doug Miller is an experienced consultant and advisor specializing in helping tech scaleups navigate the midstage faster. Doug has more than 5 years of experience advising startups on scaling their businesses and consulting for mid-size companies entering the growth stage. Doug has held various roles, including COO & Executive Strategy Coach at Midstage Institute | Scaleup Allies, where they focus on building effective leadership and driving defensible beach heads for outsized growth. Doug has also worked as a Strategic Advisor/Coach at AVANA Companies, COO (Fractional) at OmniOne.Ai, and a Strategic Advisor/Coach at SoundCommerce, Mode, NZXT, Inc., and ValueCore.
