James Mitchell has over two decades of experience in construction project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at Midstate Construction Corporation since November 2021. Prior to this role, James held various positions including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Alten Construction, Inc., from June 2002 to February 2021. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, completing the program between 1999 and 2002.
