Derrick Hershey, PHR, sHRBP, has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as the Business Partner for People Experience at Midtown Athletic Clubs since October 1998, where responsibilities include maintaining positive employer-employee relationships to enhance productivity and morale. Prior roles include serving as Employee Relations Director at Midtown Athletic Clubs and working as a Training Supervisor at Conference-Call USA from October 1994 to October 1998. Derrick also has experience in student registration and record services at the State University of New York College at Cortland. Derrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Studies from DePaul University, completed between 1993 and 1996, and attended the State University of New York Cortland from 1991 to 1993.
