Dr. Noble Justin Spears Bey is currently an Elementary School Teacher at DeKalb County School District and also works as an Aquatics & Fitness Instructor at Midtown Athletic Clubs. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Howard University, Dr. Spears Bey is experienced in teaching swim lessons, competitive swimming, water fitness/aerobics, aquatic therapy rehab, and lifeguard instruction.
