Carissa Bethea

Carissa Bethea currently serves as a Paraprofessional at Midway ISD since August 2023. Prior to this, Carissa was an Advanced Leader with PaperPie from August 2020 to August 2023, and held the position of Site Director at Champion Zone After School from August 2015 to August 2023. Carissa's earlier experience includes roles as a Catering Assistant at Jimmy John's and as a Visual Merchandiser with Winston Retail. From December 2010 to April 2015, Carissa worked at Old Navy as an Assistant Store Manager of Merchandising, where responsibilities included executing product placement changes, achieving productivity goals, and maintaining operational excellence. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Baylor University, completed in 2010.
