Tracy Smith

Tracy Smith is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in HR management across various industries. In the current role as Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Care at Midwest Can Company, since February 2021, Tracy oversees strategic HR initiatives. Previously, Tracy served as the Director of Human Resources at Sterling Lumber Company, providing consultative HR support to business leaders and promoting effective collaboration across HR programs. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Transco Products Inc., where policy development and employee relations were key responsibilities, and earlier roles that included HR Director and Human Resource Generalist. Tracy holds an MS in Human Resource Management from National Louis University and a BA in Computer Network Specialist from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
