Eir GarciaSilva has extensive work experience in the dairy industry. They started their career in 2003 as an Associate Director at both the Minnesota Milk Producers Association and Minnesota Milk. In 2014, they joined Midwest Dairy as the Vice President of Dairy Experience - Farmer, a role they held until 2021. They then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Dairy Experience - Youth until September 2022. In August 2022, Eir GarciaSilva took on their current position as the Vice President of Dairy Experience - Marketing at Midwest Dairy.
Eir GarciaSilva pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from St. Cloud State University between 1998 and 2002.
