Jay Edenborg

Jay Edenborg has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jay recently joined Midwest Dairy as the Vice President of Corporate Communications in December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Marketing at McGough from November 2019 to November 2021. From November 2018 to November 2019, Jay held the position of Marketing Director at Mayo Clinic Health System. Jay spent a significant portion of their career at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, where they served as the Director of Public Affairs from June 2008 to November 2018. Before joining Mayo Clinic, they worked as a Proposal Director at UnitedHealthcare from October 2005 to June 2008 and as a Proposal Manager at Express Scripts from September 1999 to October 2005.

Jay Edenborg completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1993 to 1998. Jay later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Minnesota from 2003 to 2008.
