Molly Pelzer

Molly Pelzer has had a diverse work experience in the dairy industry. Molly began their career in 1982 as a Clinical Dietitian at Jackson County Public Hospital in Iowa. Afterward, they joined Midwest Dairy in 1984, where they held various roles, including Senior Vice President of Health and Wellness and Chief Experience Officer. Molly also worked at Midland Dairy Association as a Program Coordinator, primarily focusing on dairy nutrition programs. Additionally, they served as a Program Director at Dairy Council, Inc. throughout their career. Most recently, Molly became the Chief Executive Officer at Midwest Dairy in 2019, leading the organization's growth and consumer engagement initiatives.

Molly Pelzer attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1978 to 1982. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Science Education (BSHE) with a focus on Clinical Dietetics.
