Daniel Dalton has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Daniel started their career as a Trial Intern at the Missouri State Public Defender in 1991. From there, they became a Trial Attorney at Ryals & Soffer, P.C. (formerly Kessler, Soffer & Ryals, P.C.) in 1992. In 1999, they joined Thomas J. Noonan, P.C. as a Trial Attorney. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Research Supervisor at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Finally, they assumed the position of Chief Claims & Regulatory Counsel at Midwest Employers Casualty, a Berkley Company, in 2008, where they currently work.
Daniel Dalton obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 1989. Daniel then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Christian Brothers College High School from 1981 to 1985.
