Danielle Maxwell

Danielle Maxwell has a diverse work experience in human resources. Danielle currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Midwest Employers Casualty. Prior to that, they served as the HR Manager at Frost Supply and the Director of Human Resources at Veterans Home Care LLC. Danielle also worked as the Human Resources Coordinator at Orchard Farm School District and as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Human Resources at Rockwood School District. In their role at Rockwood School District, they were responsible for various HR functions, including HRIS database maintenance, organizing interview committees, and managing the Rockwood Summer Academy.

Danielle Maxwell attended Bradley University from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication. Danielle also studied Business Management and Administration at Bradley University's Foster College of Business during the same period. In 2010, Danielle briefly studied Business at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained two certifications: the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
