Matt van Alst

Matt Van Alst has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology and communications field. Matt started their career in 1991 as the Manager of Information Systems at Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative and later held the same role at Great Lakes Energy and Wilcox Associates. In 1995, they became a Partner at NetOne Communications, where they stayed until 2006. From 2006 to 2017, Matt worked as the Manager of Information Systems at Midwest Energy Cooperative before transitioning to the role of Network Architect at Midwest Energy & Communications. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Technology at the same company. In addition to their corporate roles, Matt also founded and served as President of both Markur Communications and Markur Consulting from 2001 to the present.
