Molly Graham has held various roles in the energy efficiency sector, starting as an Intern at the Illinois Environmental Council and currently serving as the Director, Market Solutions & Education at the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. With a Bachelor of Science in Earth, Society, and the Environment from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Molly has managed programs, grants, and collaborative initiatives, demonstrating her expertise in research, administration, and strategic planning. Additionally, she has experience in legal work as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Michael Fleming. Molly also contributed as a Fellowship Advisor at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, showcasing her commitment to developing emerging energy leaders.

The Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) is a collaborative network, promoting energy efficiency to optimize energy generation, reduce consumption, create jobs and decrease carbon emissions in all Midwest communities. Through partnerships, programs and a dynamic annual conference, MEEA seeks to realize an achievable pathway for all people and communities in the Midwest to receive the economic, environmental and societal benefits of energy efficiency and the larger clean energy economy.
