With a Bachelor of Science in Earth, Society, and the Environment from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Molly has managed programs, grants, and collaborative initiatives, demonstrating her expertise in research, administration, and strategic planning. Additionally, she has experience in legal work as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Michael Fleming.
