Ken Burruss

Ken Burruss has extensive experience in reliability compliance, particularly within the energy sector. Currently serving as Manager of Reliability Compliance at Midwest Energy, Inc. since February 2021, Ken previously held positions such as Senior NERC Compliance Specialist and Contractor for TECO Energy, providing assistance with NERC CIP compliance. Other notable roles include Reliability Compliance Manager at Sharyland Utilities, where oversight of the NERC compliance program was a key responsibility, and Senior NERC CIP Compliance Consultant at PowerSecure International. Ken's career also encompasses significant contributions at Xcel Energy and American Transmission Company, focusing on compliance with both FERC and NERC standards.
