Steve Bougie

Steve Bougie has a diverse range of work experience in the automation and manufacturing industries. Steve started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Magnetek - Drive Systems Business Unit in 1984 and then moved on to become a Controls Engineer at Reliance Electric - EVSD Drive Center in 1987. In 1988, they joined Faustel, Inc. as a Systems Eng. Mgr., where they gained 12 years of experience in designing and manufacturing custom web processing equipment for the converting industry. In 2001, Steve joined Midwest Engineered Systems Inc. as the V.P. Sales & Marketing and eventually became the Vice President - Web Converting. Steve has been with the company for over 20 years, contributing to their continued success and customer satisfaction.
