Becky Szymczak

Becky Szymczak has extensive work experience in human resources and administrative roles. From 2008 to the present, they have been serving as the Director of Human Resources and Agency Services/Corporate Secretary/CMP at MIDWEST FAMILY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY. Their responsibilities include employee benefit and retirement plan development and administration, payroll, recruitment and training, employee retention, strategic planning, business compliance, and implementing a learning and organizational development environment. Becky also oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's Agency Services units.

Prior to their current role, Becky worked at Riverplace Counseling Center from 2000 to 2008. During this time, they held the position of HR Manager/Administrative Assistant and later transitioned to HR Manager.

Becky Szymczak attended North Hennepin Community College from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Nursing and Psychology. Becky did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, Becky enrolled in a PHR Certification Course at St. Cloud State University, however, the specific dates and degree information for this program are unknown.
