At Midwest, Diane works in the Inside Sales Team, servicing and supporting customers by providing quotes, coordinating and placing orders, and working to find products that fulfill the customers’ needs and provide solutions. In previous positions, Diane worked with contractors and architects, handling bids, ensuring quotes were completed accurately and promptly and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. She brings this experience and dedication to the Inside Sales team and is passionate about providing a high level of customer service. She is also an avid gardener, who enjoys researching plants.
