Lynn Cielec

Lynn Cielec is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and business management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Industrial Business Unit and Vice President of Industrial Sales at Midwest Industrial Supply, Inc. since March 2009, Lynn oversees sales processes in the industrial dust control market, catering to clients in utility, mining, construction, and iron/steel industries. Prior to this role, Lynn held positions at Graco as the North American Sales Director and Industrial Solutions Business Manager, where revenue increased by 28% during tenure, and at Struers Inc. as Director of Sales, achieving a 54% revenue increase from 2001 to 2007. Lynn's early career included a role as District Sales Manager at FedEx Ground. Lynn holds a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University and an MBA in Business Management from Cleveland State University.
