Leonardo Rander Asse Jr., SJ, is currently a Scholastic at Midwest Jesuits, studying philosophy and theology as part of Jesuit formation. Previously, Leonardo served as a Novice, engaging in discernment to become a vowed religious in the Society of Jesus. Experience includes teaching as a Substitute Science Teacher at Saint Ignatius College Prep, where responsibilities involved instructing Freshman Physics and Introduction to Robotics. Leonardo has also contributed to research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, focusing on drug discovery related to tuberculosis. Additional educational and teaching roles include work as an English Teacher and Undergraduate Research Assistant across various institutions, complemented by a solid foundation in pharmacy and chemistry through diverse degrees. Current studies include a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Theology for Ministry at Saint Louis University.
