Mark Oldaker

Disciplined and responsible are terms that define Mark and his style of leadership. After 30 years in corporate accounting, Mark joined the Midwest Maintenance team and resides as the company’s President.

Mark’s proven expertise in driving quality productivity, building strong teams and meeting objectives through cost-saving initiatives and client relations has reinforced his success with team. Mark is an excellent communicator—with clients, employees and peers. He develops each relationship and is sincerely invested in creating thriving partnerships. Mark confidently leads through example, spending ample time in the field to develop personal relationships with each client as well as to cultivate his team for true success.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Finance from Creighton University. He is married to Marylin and enjoys golf, landscaping and automobiles.
