Joel Harmer has an extensive work history, starting in 1991 as a Corporate Sales Manager at Great Plains Software. Joel then joined IBM in 1993, progressing through various positions such as Director of Sales, Industry Director, Sales Manager, and Account Manager. In 2000, Joel became the Vice President of Integrated Technology Services at IBM, where they created and led a new organization specialized in selling complex outsourcing solutions. Joel also held the title of Vice President of Sales for the US and Vice President of Technology Deployment and Support. In 2014, Joel joined Wood Products and Yellowstone Management as a Managing Partner, providing strategic leadership and operational guidance to both companies. Finally, in 2017, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing at Midwest Mechanical Solutions.
Joel Harmer attended Concordia College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
