Scott Sazama

Scott Sazama is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Assembly Process Engineer at MPE-Inc since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing multiple new product development projects, providing production support, and implementing continuous improvement strategies for a contract manufacturer. Prior to this, Scott worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Harvest International, Inc., where a kanban system was designed to enhance machining schedules and reduce inventory levels. Additionally, experience includes a brief role at Saz's Hospitality Group as a Catering Ambassador, a position at Beer Capitol Distributing as a Website Designer/Accountant Assistant, and an internship as a Supplier Quality Engineer at BRP. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2020.
