Mary Felder

Mary Felder is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Midwest Refrigerated Services since December 2020, Mary previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Tribus Services, where leadership training and a global payroll system were developed for 600 employees across 17 locations. Prior roles include Director of HR for CORIX Group of Companies, Corporate Director of HR at Meridian Industries, and HR Manager at SPX Corporation, among others. Mary holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from DeVry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Lubar College of Business, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
