Tim Franke

Tim Franke is currently the VP & Florida SBA Manager at Midwest Regional Bank. Prior to this, they were the Managing Member at TFLACC LLC from September 2014 to March 2016. There, they were responsible for commercial real estate financing, USDA and SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, equipment leasing, professional practice financing, and cash flow financing. From July 2012 to September 2014, Tim was the Business Services Commercial Lender at Mid Florida Credit Union where they marketed and grew the Tampa Bay portfolio in conjunction with one other lender. Tim also co-lead the development of the newly established credit underwriting department. Tim has also held the position of Vice President at Florida Traditions Bank from January 2010 to August 2011.

Tim Franke completed a BA in psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tim then attended MUHS, followed by Northern Arizona University.
