Ken Bialek

Ken Bialek has extensive experience in the transportation service industry, currently serving as the Service Manager at Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. since April 2010. In this role, Ken is responsible for managing all maintenance and service programs for new and used vehicles, overseeing up to 75 employees across multiple sub-departments. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Service Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with vendor policies, maintaining high-quality service repairs, and providing technical support for technicians. Prior to Midwest Transit, Ken worked as a Master Certified Bus Technician at the Chicago Transit Authority, excelling in diagnostic programs and various repair systems. Ken's career began at Saturn of Oak Lawn, where foundational skills in vehicle maintenance and customer service were developed. Ken holds a diploma from Oak Lawn Community High School and completed additional education at Saint Xavier University.
