Andrius Rutkauskas

Andrius Rutkauskas is currently serving as a Service Development Manager at Nacro, where responsibilities include leading the revision of the Lincolnshire Youth Homelessness Joint Working Protocol and conducting comprehensive service evaluations to support strategic planning.
