Paula Markley

Paula Markley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paula began their career in 1989 as a Savings and Loan Examiner at the US Treasury's Office of Thrift Supervision. Paula then worked as an Internal Audit Manager at Handy Andy from 1994 to 1996 before becoming a Senior Financial Analyst at Diversified Publishing in 1996. From 1997 to 2000, Paula served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Navistar Inc, where they oversaw financial planning and analysis for the truck reliability and quality division. Paula then moved on to become the Finance and Payroll Manager for Compensation & Benefits at Navistar Inc from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they held the role of Finance Manager for Truck Sales & Distribution, where they managed financial control and reporting for a $10 billion business unit. From 2007 to 2009, Paula worked as the Finance Manager for Severe Service at Navistar Inc, overseeing financials, strategic planning, and forecasting. Between 2009 and 2013, they took on the position of Finance and Pricing Manager for Global Bus, where they managed financials, developed business cases for growth initiatives, and provided financial counsel. Paula then became the Strategic Planning & Business Development Manager for North America Truck at Navistar Inc from 2013 to 2014, and subsequently served as the Finance Director for North America Truck Revenue from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Navistar Defense as the Group Chief Financial Officer, responsible for finance, accounting, and internal controls. Paula's most recent role is as the Chief Financial Officer at Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. since 2017.

Paula Markley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University between the years 1985 and 1989. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at North Central College, which they successfully obtained in the year 2000.
