Melissa Ott has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, with a focus on organ procurement services. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Organ Procurement Services at Midwest Transplant Network since May 2009, Melissa has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Organ Procurement Clinical Services and Manager of Organ Procurement. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Nurse Clinician at Northland Cardiology from May 2005 to May 2009 and as a Registered Nurse at North Kansas City Hospital from May 2000 to May 2005. Educationally, Melissa holds a Master's degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
