Sarah Oland

Chief Stakeholder Engagement Officer at Midwest Transplant Network

Sarah Oland has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sarah started their career at Overland Park Regional Medical Center in 1993 as a Social Worker in the ICU and Trauma department. Sarah then progressed to become the Director of Continuum of Care, where they worked from 1996 to 2002. In 2002, Sarah joined Midwest Transplant Network and held various positions including Hospital & Family Services Coordinator/In House Coordinator, Manager of Family Services, and Director of Family Services. Sarah was subsequently promoted to Senior Director of Hospital & Family Services and, most recently, to Chief Stakeholder Engagement Officer, a role they currently hold.

Sarah Oland earned their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Welfare from The University of Kansas. Sarah attended the university from 1987 to 1993.
