Maureen May Grimm

Maureen May Grimm has worked in various roles since 1979. Maureen started their career at Sokol Crystal Products in 1979 as an Administrative, then moved to Lands' End in 1988, where they held positions as a Senior Operations Analyst, Operations Analyst, and National Account Analyst in the Business Outfitters Division. In 2006, they joined Conney Safety Products as a Sales Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Marketing Analyst. In 2010, they began working at IBM as a Project Manager, where they received their PMP Certification in 2011. Maureen then moved to CDI Corporation in 2014 as a Project Manager, followed by Parts Now LLC in 2013 as a Product Data Analyst (Oracle). In 2016, they joined RateLinx as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Senior Project Manager, and in 2017 they began working at Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver Assistant and at Midwestern BioAg as a Project Manager.

Maureen May Grimm attended Mineral Point High School from 1975 to 1980, graduating as Valedictorian with a General Studies degree. Maureen then attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1988 to 1996, where they earned a BS in Management & HR Management. Additionally, they obtained a Carbon Farming Principles certification from Indigo in March 2022 and is in the process of obtaining a PMP certification from PMI.
