Barry S. Ray

Mr. Ray is the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank, positions he has held since June 2018. From May 2006 until May 2018 he served as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Columbia State Bank, a subsidiary of Columbia Banking Systems, Inc. Prior to that, he was employed as a Business Analyst, Investment Operations, with Russell Investment Group from 2005 to 2006, and prior to that, was a Consulting Services Manager with RSM US LLP from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Ray served in the U.S. Navy, and received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
