Glen Islami, CRCM, CBA has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Glen has held various roles in compliance, fair lending, and community reinvestment.

Most recently, Glen served as the VP - CRA and Fair Lending Officer at MidWestOne Bank since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Superior National Bank & Trust Co. as the VP - Fair Lending Officer from March 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining Superior National Bank, Glen held the position of CRA & Fair Lending Officer at Civista Bank from April 2017 to March 2019. Glen also worked as a Compliance Examiner at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from July 2014 to April 2017.
