Drew Palmer

Drew Palmer is a seasoned professional in corporate facilities management, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Corporate Facilities at MidWestOne Bank since September 2024. Previously, Drew held the position of Director of Facilities at Cambria from November 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included building a facilities maintenance team and implementing strategic planning for the real estate portfolio. Between August 2017 and November 2022, Drew worked at U.S. Bank, progressing from Assistant Vice President and Facility/Workplace Solutions Manager to Vice President and Regional Facilities Manager, enhancing operations across major metro regions. Prior experience includes roles at Wells Fargo Bank's Corporate Properties Group, managing over 500,000 square feet of assets, and serving as a professional minor league hockey player drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins. Drew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an emphasis on Business Law from the University of St. Thomas.
