Joshua Harper

Joshua Harper has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joshua started their career as an Apprentice Electrician at A&M Electric Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Joshua then worked as a Help Desk Analyst 2 and Assistant Network Technician at Iowa State University from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they worked as a Systems Developer at Mercury Marine in 2015 and as a Database Engineer at Telligen in 2014. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer II - RPA/RDA Developer at UnitedHealth Group. Joshua then joined Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC as a Sr. Software Engineer - Pega OpenSpan Lead Developer from 2018 to 2019. Joshua later joined U.S. Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Sr. Software Engineer - RPA/RDA Lead Developer from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Joshua works as a Second Vice President, Business Automation Engineer at MidWestOne Bank.

Joshua Harper obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Iowa State University, which they completed from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the "Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (V11.0)" from Automation Anywhere in March 2020, the "NICE Advanced Automation Solutions R7.1 - NICE Certified Automation Associate" from NICE Ltd in March 2020, the "Bot Developer" certification from Automation Anywhere in February 2020, and the "Pega Robotic Automation Architect Essentials" certification from Pegasystems in February 2017.
