Morgan Morris (Baustian)

Morgan Morris (Baustian) has a diverse background in talent acquisition and operations management, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Officer at MidWestOne Bank since October 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles at QPS Employment Group from June 2014 to June 2021, such as Area Operations Manager and Branch Manager, along with positions as a Placement Coordinator. An internship at the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce involved event planning and community outreach. Morgan has also contributed as a panel speaker at the Iowa Communication Association Conference and worked on a project for the Ethnic Minorities of Burma Advocacy and Resource Center.
