Sondra J. Harney

Ms. Harney is the Vice President & Chief Human Resources of the Company and Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer of the Bank, employed by the Bank since August 1979. From 1979 until 1986 she served in various retail banking roles before moving to Human Resources. She has served as the head of the Bank’s Human Resources Department since 1996. Ms. Harney graduated from the ABA National and Graduate Schools of HR Management, the Iowa School of Banking, and completed continuing education through Kirkwood Community College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
