Susan Weinschenk

Susan Weinschenk began their work experience in 1986 as an AVP Mortgage Lending at Perpetual Savings Bank, where they identified financial needs of customers and created a team environment focused on personal development and customer satisfaction. Susan then worked at Mercantile Bank as a Residential Real Estate Underwriter, responsible for underwriting residential and consumer loans. In 1999, they became a Personal Banker at Commercial Federal Bank. From 2001 onwards, Susan worked at MidWestOne Bank, first as a VP of HR Development, identifying opportunities for staff development and creating resources to assist employees in reaching their goals. Susan later became the First VP of Learning & Development.

Susan Weinschenk attended the University of Iowa from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree. Susan'sstudies at the university focused on the fields of Business, Psychology, and Sociology. Additionally, in 2007 and 2008, Susan attended the IBA School of Banking, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
