Mary Rode

Mary R. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Midwest Veterinary Supply since November 2018, Mary has a strong background in HR functions, including recruiting, training, and employee development. Previous experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Patterson Companies, Inc. and an HR Generalist at Pioneer Metal Finishing. At Transition Networks, Mary held the position of Human Resources Manager for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing employee surveys, recognition programs, and full-cycle recruitment. Mary holds an A.A.S. in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from Rasmussen University.
